Default spark plug wires for flipped manifolds

what spark plug wires are you guys using for flipped truck manifolds? my stock wires are touching my manifolds.

Flipped forward and down? I have always used the stock ones with heatshields.

forward and up, this is on a GTO.
what wires are out there that are longer than stock?

Silverado msd wire r longer then stock bout an inch or more

That won't work they will still be laying on the manifolds. Get a set of MSDs that you build your self or call magnacore with custom lengths. You will have to go around the front of the head or around the rear. If the wire is close to the manifold it will cause troubles.

build your own for sure. Could always relocate the coils as well to make routing a little simpler.

The LS coils boots are the same as Vortec 305/350 and LT1 distributor caps. I use LT1 wires in your brand of choice and cut off the plug ends and crimp on new ends as needed.

Do they not make a boot & wire cover that will work for these style wires? I have some boot covers that I used on my Big Block. Of course they wouldn't work but some that had a bigger hole in the center would.

the MSD wires for the truck are 12" vs the 9" long for cars. They also have a univiersal LS kit, but its a good amount more.
