Default can a nitrous line be used as oil feed to turbo ?

Well my -4 oil feed somehow managed to spring a leak on me this weekend and Im going to need the car later in the week and I don't think there is enough time to order another , but I realized that I have a -4 nitrous line that's the same length,
Would there be any harm using it ?
