I've got the same issue Dan, I'm only running a 2-bar map sensor. Fortunately, I hit 200kpa at redline, so it's perfect at this moment.

Good luck at the dyno. My guess is it makes 810hp/835tq at the wheels.

It should make good power but the 102* temps tomorrow may hurt that a bit. Still should be in the 8xx rwhp range at 14#. Good luck Dan!!! Make us proud.

Well I have good news and bad news.

The bad news is I Am still having fuel pressure issues. I am thinking it is 1 of two possible problems. Either size of my feed line. (only 8AM feed) or is is a voltage issue to my pumps (3 walboros right now) I will be addressing those issues in the coming weeks.

Now on to the good news. I made a total of 3 pulls today all on 6.5 psi (I was seeing my pressure drop even on 6 psi)

Best pull made 620 rwhp and 587 rwtq. outside temps were 97degrees and 40% humidity

IATs were 105 21 degrees of timing and AFRs were around 11.5

Sounds like a voltage issue to me Dan, if I had to guess. I'm on stock lines with dual Walbros and my pressure stays consistent at 58-62 psi till redline.

620 on 6.5psi is just crazy. 14psi is going to be really fun.

Well, at least you figured it out. Shouldn't be too bad of a fix.

I just pulled the alternator off the car tonight it will be getting dropped off to get repaired tomorrow. I doubt I will get it back tomorrow. I am not gonna just exchange this one as I had to modify the housing a little to help clear the exhaust. Not gonna rush to make it to the track. I want to get it on the car and drive it first on the street to make sure it is good to go

Alternator is fixed I just need to pick it up tonight after work then put it back on the car.

It looks like it is gonna be a few weeks til I can get back on the dyno as the guy that owns the one I just used will be away for 2-3 weeks

It has been crazy hot here the last 2 weeks. I am finishing an Cam install on a c6 vette today for a friend, I bought a Duranmax truck to make hauling my car around a little nicer. And I still need to buy new tires for the car. The plan is to do that once I get paid for this side job.

I am going to be following this build as it is very similar to mine. Mine is down right now waiting on a better crank. What kind of power you looking to make overall? Not trying to scare you and I do not know for sure what caused it yet but my 390 had the Callies C series crank and on 20 psi it made 1005 rwhp. A couple months after getting it all together it broke the C series crank. I am putting a Magnum series in it right now so I do not have to worry about it. Mike@AES has been super in helping me out getting it back on the road and everything so I am in no way blaming them or anything just letting you know what happened to mine. I did have a tuning issue when I first got it together though and it detonated bad enough to burn 1 exhaust valve and 2 plugs so there is a good chance that helped weaken or crack the crank. Good luck can't wait to see your results.

People make more than you did on a stock crank so I assume there was a defect or something else wrong. Good luck on getting it back together though. Sounds like a badass build. Hope to see some results on it as well as Dan's car.

Yeah the crazy thing is when I called Callies and talked to them about the crank that was in it they told me that the "C" series crank is a budget crank that is only rated to handle 600 HP. I verified this with them several times and they told me this every time yet it is used in quite a few high horsepower applications. They must severely underrate their cranks is the only thing I can gather. Hopefully the OP has better luck with his.
