Still piecing together the fuel system, but here are some updates for now.
My strange s60 came in yesterday. It's narrowed 3 inches on each side and has a 3.54 gear.
I got the PCV catch can installed.
And I have the gauges all wired up and mounted.

Got the new rear end in today. Also dropped the tank while the rear end was out to dump the old fuel and clean under the car some. I had some trouble getting the rear wheels with 5.5 backspacing to fit, but after the BFH mod and cutting out the bump stops, the wheels went on.
295/55/15 ET Streets on the back. 215/50/17s on the front.

I got my new Corbeau Sport seats in the other day.
I still have the fuel system to finish up, finish the brakes, convert the transmission from LT1 to LS, and run the vacuum lines for wastegate, BOV, etc. Hopefully I'll be getting it tuned next month or so.

Here are some updates...
The twin walbro pumps are in.
Here is where I put the relays for the fuel pumps. I wired both pumps to run constantly.
I also mounted the vacuum block. I am running my boost gauge, FPR, and BOV to it.
And my transmission parts came in to swap over for the LS motor. The kit came with everything you need for the swap except a bell housing, which I already have.

I'm not sure how I missed this build, but it looks great! Makes me wish I took more time on my 30th Anniversary SS build, but i'm not patient and I picked my car up in bad shape. I should be done with my build in the next week or two if I don't hit many more snags.
Keep up the clean build! It looks awesome!

Attempted to start the car. Having some wiring issues. We can't communicate with the pcm. We were able to put the pcm in another vehicle and it works fine. There is power at the coils, power at the injectors, but no spark. Checked to see if 12v signal was getting to the fuel pumps and there was nothing.
We know that 12v constant and 12v switched power is getting to the pcm. Checked the grounds they all look good. I checked all the connectors and looked for bent pins, everyhing looks good. Fuses look good. Any ideas on troubleshooting this?

Weird question. Did you buy a new alternator, water pump and front timing cover? They look brand new or did you just clean the crap out of them? If you cleaned them, how?

Finally got the car on the road the other night. Was making test hits at 15 PSI and car feels pretty strong even with low timing and running rich. This car has been a battle so far with issues, but finally seem to be making some good progress. Dyno numbers coming soon!
