Talking Estimated gains from ported AFR225 heads & 3" Catback on single turbo 347ci

What's guys!!

As some of you know I dynoed my car a couple of months back with my custom single ST80 turbo setup...

https://ls1tech.com/forums/forced-in...ber-10psi.html

With stock 241 untouched heads and stock TI catback
10psi made 585-595rwhp 545-550rwtq with conservitve tune...
after that the 5 years old 347ci short block gave up (oil press dropped and slight knocking noise 3000-3500rpm) I'll rebuild it for another project

So I found another 347ci short block 9:1 build by Kurt Urban with ported AFR225 heads , keeping Brute Speed cam , LS6 Intake, ported TB for now and also bought XSPower 3'inch awesome catback....

My questions is how much do you think the car will gain with the same boost level after the heads and catback? Keep in mind I had 242 heads and stock catback...

Of course after that I'll be turning up the boost 20+psi to see the limit of the ST80 83mm turbine 1.15AR

Thanks
Sam..

Hey Sam, should run much better freeing up the heads and exhaust! Glad you are loving the catback, it really is an awesome piece and sounds amazing!

I'm interested in this too, as I just got 225 heads, but haven't got dyno results yet.

I wouldn't be surprised if you pick up 50-60hp at the same boost level.

I freaking hope so 800rwhp is my goal with 15-16psi on pump gas.
The car already spooled very fast on the street about 3500rpm

That's what I'm looking for with same boost level & retune.
