Thanks! I just got my injectors today and got them in. I'm waiting on my new alternator relocation bracket since this one I had to make a different tensioner bracket and it's not keeping the belt tight. That should be here monday, then I should be able to get some tune time.

Really debating scrapping the 6.0 build and trading the GT91 in for a 5.3 friendly turbo. I think my goals might be attainable with a stock l33 with good hardware and maybe a s476R. Could possibly port the stock heads and regap the rings while I'm at it?
Maybe I'm jumping the gun, but after seeing all these 5.3 turbo cars running great numbers it's making me think. The idea is to keep the air to water intercooler and run e85 and push the motor as hard as I can. Plus do a ridiculous amount of weight reduction......My goals are to run high 8's and last longer than my "built" 402 did. Anyone think this is doable? Hoping to get the race weight down to 3300 or less.
Just don't see work picking up at all and won't have money to finish the build as is for awhile. Just tired of having all these parts just sitting and a chassis screaming to be run....
I've come to the conclusion that I need to do something soon or I will begin to part the whole thing out

You can't throw in the towel now. Did you ever get the 6.0 short block finished? I personally wouldn't get rid of the GT91. If you're still waiting on the short block pick up a 5.3 to take its place for the time being. My build is going slowly also just dont get discouraged you're alot closer than others.

I'd do it. Not sure how much they are around your area but I found a Gen IV 5.3L for $350 the other day. ARP Rod Bolts, Studs, LS9s, and a Intake... You're running 9s..

Only place I found so far around here was at least $600 for a 5.3. Keep in mind if I do this, it would be the aluminum 5.3 for weight savings. Then again I haven't searched real hard since this is a new idea for me.

Was looking at the s476R turbo with a t-6 flange. I'm pretty sure the physical size is roughly the same. The merge pipes would remain the same. Not positive the cold side piping would but I still have enough 3.5" aluminum pipe left to fix that.
Again, just an idea to get it running again.

I'm not even sure it would be running this year? Would need to sell the rods,pistons,6.0 block, crank and the AFR's to recoop money to do this. Then see if Forced Inductions would let me trade my unused turbo in for another.
