I almost pulled the trigger on the other bigger one, but for some reason i didnt. we'll see.

Im hoping for driving around my neighborhood in 2 weeks or so. Assuming i can get someone over to weld my cage in. I dont trust myself with that yet.

Had 2 10" revcors that resulted in massive overheating issues even with one stock fan as a puller. (Procharger setup fmic) replaced the 2 10"revcors pushers with 1 3000 cfm zirgo. Pusher and now I can let it idle in 100 degree heat with the AC on full blast and never have the temp gauge budge. Best change I made to the car since procharging it.

Wired right off the factory wires, or using them to trip a relay? How many miles have you put on the Fan?

I used the factory wire to trigger a relay for my one 16" zirgo pusher. Speed was slower off the factory relay. I've had the fan for about a year now.
I purchased it because they worked great on a friends procharged sierra that I put together about 3 years ago and they still are going strong.

weighed the stock fans the other day

Stock 2001 dual fans in the shroud 11.7-11.8ish
Removing one of the fans blades and motor (4.2 4.1ish) brings them to 7.4

Got some good info form Spal, called the tech line talked to arron. The 2021 I was looking at, was called 2039. Dose not move the 2360cfm spec at. its less. And the 2082, same thing, but didn't recommend either for me. Ended up getting the 2049.
Said they put the un sealed extreme motor (2113) in the other 2120/2082, but with added seals. And they run really hot, and have some warranty things about how hot the motors get. And they test them on a rad, with 13v. Some of the other with better rating are with no restriction, and more volts. And after time (warm) the 2120/2082 will move less (they pull 22 amps). At 1st they pull more he said, but thats how the spec gose. The 2049 will do better then its rated say for me, (specs at 2070cfm) I think its from only having the stock thin rad. its not gona to strain it, like the others are more for RV with more crap on them.

Got the 2049.
curved blade 16inch, 5.17pounds, pulls 2070 (really dose better) 18.4 amps
And they make a 2050, thats the same but I think the end is the same as the factory harness ti plug right it FYI, but thats a little hater to find. All fans will be about 1 amp per 1K cfm, the Zirgo are BS, and I found lots of them burning out.

JAX04 can you post up on how your going to wire it. Ive tried this once before with some SPAL fans and a custom shroud. I wired them exactly as the Procharger instructions call for and it never worked right. I know the high speed and low speed are spliced together and attached to the power wire. And ground connects to ground. At least thats what I got from it.
