An he341 or he351? Single or twins?
I can get the vgt version of the 351 fairly cheap... How hard is it to tuck them down behind the engine? Sorry for the newb questions but I don't have the 6.0 in my car yet so I have no idea...

 

You'll have to find some way of controlling them to get the full effect of them otherwise you might as well use a regular 70-76 mm . I guess the the factory controller is Canbus. Look on Youtube. There is a company producing a retrofit controller for like 550 iirc to mount that turbo on older 12v 5.9 cummins. There are also vids of guys writing custom software to operate a RC car's electronic speed controller and thus the actuator motor. The final option I've found is to use a Garret vnt controller setup from the euro market which uses a PWM signal.
