Can i achive 750rwhp with a s475 in a Lq9???
I used the search but no specific answer was founded!
The question is because i bought a garrett Gt42 but when i recive it and measure it is not a GT42. Now i going to send it back and i going to have no turbo for my project. Now i asked the question because my goal is like 750rwhp in a MustangDyno.I going to use forged lq9 with factory lq9 compression with mahle pistons, eagle h rods, patric g cam, ported 317 heads, weiand LS style aluminum manifold,85 mm,31x12x4 intercoller A to A,
3" could side, th400 T/brake 4k stall,3.55 gears.
With that combo is realistic to achive 750rwhp with a S475 ?

Yes i know but if i can make the Dyno Numbers and palnt the power to the ground in the track the times going to be achived. My intentions is to be in the low 6s high 5s but just asked the question in Dyno power because i thought that more people can have an answer.
But now those low 6s can be done with this combo?

It would be close but the turbo would have to be at full boogy to do it.
I'd say 6.2's-5.8's are achieveable goals, but you will need a good set of shocks all the way around, adjustability in your suspension and possibly a good electronic or co2 boost controller.
If the car is full weight it will be harder to do, the lighter it is the easier it will be.

I have no idea how much is going to weigth but i spect to be around 3100 to 3300 the car alone.
If i have to buy a good boost controler is not a problem.
I'm still collecting parts for the build but now i know what i need to finish the project and achiving my goals.

Since you don't have a turbo yet, why not buy one that you are sure will do the job?? No point in running a turbo on the ragged edge, when you can get 1 that will do exactly what you want to do.
I'd suggest you contact a turbo supplier and discuss the et up and goals, B4 you spend the money...
AND remember , you WILL want to go faster/quicker, once you get some running time!!

Should be able to run that with ease if the combo is right. I know of a 4850 lb 4x4 truck that's been 6.20 with a similar Garrett GT76/94/.96T4. Factory bottom end lq4.

You can do it for sure with a S475 T6 1.32. No doubt.
Talk to Randy at Leash electronics for a boost leash and a co2 set-up that will be the ultimate ticket that makes it repeatable and consistent in running fast. No one likes spinning or struggling to meet their goals.
I was making my 5.8-6.2 comment based on a full weight 3500-3600 pound car with driver. If you can get it between 3300-3400 with driver you will have no problem what so ever meeting your goal.
There are 10 or more local turbo cars in RS275 with that same turbo that weigh 3200-3300 that run 5.30's-5.50's all day long with no boost controller at all.
