Thanx for the compliment man! I saw you pass by safelite auto glass where I was getting a new windshield put in and decided it was time to play catch up and see what my car would do against another fbody. Just so you know you were the first victim

Man I gotta see your car in person already. I didn't realize you had someone local fab up your headers. Thats bad ***. I wish I would have known about this guy when I started my build a year and a half ago.

Did you ever get the AC squared away?

HAHA...I will take it with a smile! I was glad to see when you pulled onto the highway, I made sure I gave us plenty of room for a little highway blast.

Best of luck with the car, hope to maybe see you around more.

I've been looking around for a while now and this is by far the best looking kit that keeps a/c....so tempted, but I know nothing about turbos.....I read through this post and your build thread and I still have a couple questions...

First, can we PLEASE get a video of this car running lol? Did the dyno guys ever send you that copy?

Is the down pipe connected to any type of exhaust or are you just dumping it right beneath the car? How loud is that? Are you using a muffler?

Has your fuel system been upgraded? What # injectors are you using? What pump? Would a racetronix f99 be sufficent for this kit?

Thats all I can think of for now, but this car/kit looks so sick. Good job to you and the builder!

Sorry I haven't updated the tread in a while. I am in the process of buying a house and don't have a lot of free time between packing, dealing with the finance company, realtors and lawyers.

Unfortunately no the tuner hasn't finished the video of my car yet. He has been really busy tuning 2-3 cars a day and they just had their open house so heI hasn't really had much extra time to work on the video.
I haven't had time to take a video because of the whole house thing but things should slow down for me in the next few weeks.

The exhaust is connected to a modified slp loudmouth exhaust with a cutout directly after the downpipe. For the dyno the cutout was open. With the cutout open it is pretty loud but not nearly as loud as my dual cutouts were on my previous setup. With the cutout closed it is no louder than stock manifolds with a loudmouth.

Upgrading the fuel system is a must do for any decent size turbo kit. For mine I am still using the stock fuel lines. I am running two 255 lph pumps in the tank. There is a very good writeup by MightyMouse on here on how to do the twin in tank fuel pumps and it is what I followed to do mine. As far as injectors I am using 60# injectors.

Thanks for the compliments! If you have anymore questions feel free to ask

Ok what the hell is going on with my thread? It was 7 pages long?

I assume some sponsor got a bug up his butt because my turbo kit looks better than theirs...

just stumbled across this thread while looking for turbo info. It appears there was a sponsor issue. Those headers look awesome. Do you have any recommendations for where to buy a front mount turbo set up that keeps a/c. PM me if necessary

well, That question was answered before someone decided to shorten my thread by 3 pages... So I will answer it again

That is one thing my builder really emphasizes so the park plug access is actually pretty good with these headers. It makes it really easy since I also have a tubular k-member as well
