problems with running a TVS1900 on milled heads?

So I've been told its not a good idea to run a supercharger with high compression. engine Can someone explain to me why this is? what problems it can cause?

I have a LS2 with LS3 rectangle heads which have been milled .030" which has my engine running at the standard LS2 10.9:1 compression ratio.

What issues would I have running a TVS1900 on this?
I see people running superchargers on the standard LS2 without any problems.

Lots of people run TVS blowers on high compression engines. GM even does it, that should tell you something.

People generally don't like to run high compression and boost. It makes the cylander pressure higher and can make it more pronned to detonation. You run a higher risk of popping a stock piston also. On a forged motor I wouldn't be worried about the higher compression
