01 SS M6 merkel Racing forged built 346, D1-sc Aster tentioner system, 215/230 .600 thunder racing blower cam, bsolute Speed ported heads , 740/670 RWHP/TQ @ 15 psi 3.7 and 7.65 with a 3.4 i think i would make 18-20 psi, No belt slip!

I have currently a 4.00" pulley on my head unit, but I have a 3.40" pulley and belt just waiting to go on. I need to do some fuel upgrades as well as switch over to a 3-bar setup if I make the switch though as I'm already at 200kpa at 6900rpm.

i think they make a 2.5 bay that will plug right into your intake, 2.5m bar is good for 21psi , so than you dont have to use a big 3, bar, I was thinking about the 3.4 also and turning up the boost, not sure how much timming i can run at 18 psi and if my stock ported LS1 heads will hold and not lift, i am using APR head studs and GM MLS gaskets.
