Default Truck manifoldkit with stock k member?

Has anyone out there fabbed a truck manifold kit while using the stock k member? Is this possible or is a tubular k member absolutely necessary? Thanks

What are your goals for power? Your downpipe size is limited with a stock k member. I was able to stuff a 4 inch DP over the motor mount, but i couldn't use a pass truck manifold.

Stock k member here. No grinding on k-member her. We popped the stud off the manifold and replaced it with a shorter bolt.

Stock k-member here as well, no grinding or notching done....

I do however have v-bands on the manifolds rather then the stock flanges....

stock notched kmember here. welding vbands to the manifolds is the best option if you dont want to notch anything

I built a forward swept turbo manifold.

I also have a build using a stock pass and a flipped truck on the drivers side.

Its tight, but i fit a 3" DP as well as retained AC.
