Default Switching to E85?

I have already searched but I can't seem to find what I am looking for.

I recently upgraded from 3.5" twin intercoolers to 4.5" twin intercoolers and will be using a much larger inlet filter. I plan on getting the car retuned for these modifications just to be safe. Since I am getting retuned anyways, I thought it might be a great time to switch to E85 if it's not too much of a pain. I am considering making the switch to E85 in hopes of prolonging the life of my engine until I can build the bottom end. I am hoping that I would just need to switch to larger injectors and retune.

With the smaller 3.5" intercoolers and the smaller inlet filter, I was making 556 rwhp/485 rwtq @9 psi. I assume with the larger intercoolers and inlet filter I may see another psi. I also assume that I will be making a little more power with the extra psi and the E85. I have dual in tank 255 Walbros with the second pump activated with a hobbs switch, stock fuel lines, billet fuel rails, and I do NOT have a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator.

Could I get by with only replacing the fuel injectors for my current retune? If so, I would like the injectors to be able to handle a built engine in the future and 800 to 900 rwhp even though the rest of the system won’t be up to the task. When I build the engine, I would finish the fuel system then. I would rather not have to buy the injectors again.

I guess the biggest thing is what fuel injectors do you have and what duty cycle were they at when you had it tuned last?

Edit just saw the injectors in your sig. Not sure if they would make it on E85. If you knew what your injector duty cycle was at it would help know if you could make it

I already know that I will have to change injectors but I am not sure if I will have to upgrade anything else.

I think the rest of your fuel system should get you there should support some your power level on E85. Did you consider sending your injectors out and getting them resized to 80's I did that to my 60's only cost me like $180 and was like a 3-4 day turn around

I didn't even know that you could get injectors resized. How big could I go?

80lb injector with a boost ref regulator will do 800rwhp+ with an auto in the hands of the right tuner. With out a boost ref regulator I would expect 675-700 with the M6. Adding the regulator isn't too bad.
