Picked up the engine up from the machine shop today and spent tonight putting the sensors and covers back on. Need to order pushrods and a balancer for it.

Where are you going to have your regulator mounted?

You'll want to put the .81 housings on there. It is going to be very laggy otherwise. We've been 7.8's @ 180 in a 3650 lb car w/ twin TC78 w/ .81 a/r on a very beefy LSX 422 motor. It would get right up on boost on the 2 step and didn't run out of steam until 8000 RPM.

It's mounted behind the intake elbow, theirs a pic of it in the first few pics posted.

I pm'ed you on yb awhile ago about this, which made me search for the .81 housings. Has it ever seen foot brake with the .81's?

Ahh, I must have missed it. I just seen the fuel lines going back.

I'll have to switch to the .81 housings as well. Let me know where you end up getting yours from. I've got the tc76's though.

Why would you footbrake this combo? But no, don't think that he ever tried it on the foot brake. Besides, what the footbrake will build depends on how good your rear brakes, how high the stall converter is and how much torque you make off boost. Even if I had an answer, it's highly unlikely that it would end up being the same.

Got the balancer, pushrods, rockers installed this weekend and mounted the holley coils. Ordered the wastegates last week and paid extra to have them here at the end of the week and didn't show up. Hopefully have them here this week. Also waiting for the holley hp that I ordered last month. Next is fuel system. Hoping to drive the car by the end of the month.

Great job thus far. How is your oil feed for the turbos run as well as the oil pressure sender?

Wow....nice build. The TC's will work great with that setup indeed.

Thanks everyone!!

Picked up the wastegates on friday and spent last night and today installing them. Undecided if i'll keep the gates vented or not. Might try mufflers on them.

Holley showed up today at the place I get my parts shipped to, so now I have to find some time to go and pick it up. Also need to figure out how i'm going to wire the holley coils w/ the 550-602.
