Dumb question but did you have to elongate the alternator wires with the relo. brackets?
Possible picture?

That shroud doesn't come in the Huron kit does it? I like that understated look of it.

That is a stock OEM Rad support from an LT1 car. Works nicely and does have a clean look!

I am a dealer for BMR however so I can get their polished rad support if it is a deal breaker as well!

Yes I did have to lengthen the alternator wire. It wasn't bad to do at all.

What's your exact fuel system setup? Considering going e85 because it's so much cheaper. What do you do if your on a trip and you can't find e85?

Please excuse my lack of knowledge about these kits, but does this kit require an aftermarket K-member?

no it does not, a stock k-member works fine with this kit. Any other question regarding the kit feel free to contact me!

I can write up some instructions, but most people's cars for these builds are so vastly different, were modded prior to, that a standard set of instructions would be very difficult to cater to all.

The install is VERY straight forward, and if you have any questions, anyone can contact me with questions. I have not had anyone call me with questions during install yet other than on the alternator relocation kit. Very simple and straight forward!

We currently do not do installs but will be set up for it in the near future, possibly this winter.

Yes he is right, the kit is very easy to install. And everything is pretty much bolt on.
Compression ratio would be 9.5:1. I believe thats what a stock 5.3 is...

My fuel setup consist of 80# injectors, stock feed line, evap used for the return, walbro 255 intank. Also a external Bosch 420 pump that is sumped in the stock plastic tank, and I have the two pumps "y" together before the factory fuel filter. Hope this helps

No, as soon as turbo was on I started tuning for the e85. Well worth it IMO.
