just got done talking to the guys at procharger and they said i have the right blower for my application. So on to the next idea?

Make sure the bypass valve is actually closing. You should see it close by simply revving the car.

Or just disconnect the vacuum line to the bypass and rev the car up to about 3k.

Should see a little boost and it should shudder like a bitch when you let off the gas.

Tial said for a S/C i need the hot pink spring, which worked under idle but when i revved the motor it wouldnt close. I had the original spring from when i bought the BOV and put that in just to see what would happen and it wouldnt open at idle and when i revved it would crack open a little bit and then when I let off the throttle it would shutter a bit.

Something is significantly reducing airflow to the motor when the throttle body is open. I see no way this could be caused by a blow off valve, spring, or anything associated with releasing excess intake pressure when the throttle is closed.

If when you rev the engine, it doesn't close, then that's your issue. Hitting the throttle hard should be enough to drop the vacuum and cause it to close and build boost.

did you try disconnecting the blower from the inlet? just run it straight to the MAF (if you use one) and open air. that would help you rule out something wrong with the blower

If the blower is spinning and turning the rpm it should be then you should feel quite a bit of air coming out of the bov/by-pass at idle and alot of air from 4000+ rpm. When you go WOT that by-pass or bov should go completely shut. Driving the car down the road and briefly going wot would show you boost easier as I have had a few centrifucal supercharger cars that you have to rev hard to get them to show boost on a gauge. If the bov/by-pass is not shutting the boost is blowing out of it.

what do you guys think are the chances that its a problem with the S/C? and i disconnect my blow off valve and when i got WOT the vaccum goes down to 0 but still wont boost. is anyone familiar with tial Bov bc i feel like the spring recommended for a s/c is just to week?

i hope its reverse rotation clocked at the 10 position. or maybe your vacuum source is not sufficient in closing the bypass. If you are using the supplied clamps, you may wanna go to Napa and grab some T-bolts to be sure. If you disconnect the valve, and rev it you should hear the surge, and that alone would tell me your pushing some boost up to the TB. hope you get it resolved soon.
