Looks amazing! I am also curious about the water lines to the turbos. Also I was under the impression that running a single exhaust pipe to twins like that could cause issues like one spooling before the other and causes strange pressure difference problems between the turbos on both the hot and cold sides. Did you guys have any issues with that? Just an internet rumor? Once again, nice work!

Also, I only had time to make 3 pulls (and 3 tunes), so I left timing super low, A/F rich, and the methanol coming on earlier than it should be.

Running on 11.5lb wastegate springs only, 1st pull resulted in 636rwhp with A/F at 10.0. Leaned it out a bit to 10.5 A/F, and 2nd pull made an evil 666rwhp. Leaned it out a bit more to 11.3 A/F, gave it a 10 minute cool down and fired up the video camera....734rwhp / 651rwtq !!!

Piping is going out to coating tomorrow and I'm heading out of town in about 30 minutes for the Indy 500. When I get back, I'll post up the video. Then next week we'll get to see how it does with some extra heat in the exhaust.

Oh yea....it sounds wicked.

(FYI, this is a 2010 Camaro SS M6. And prior to the turbo kit, we put a custom NA cam in it with LT's and off-road cat-back. Which made 475rwhp tuned. Same cam is in it now, but with stock manifolds, Unleashed Twin Rear Mount, Aeromotive Stealth fuel pump, 1:1 regulator, 80lb injectors, 93 octane pump gas, and a Snow methanol kit with a single 600hp nozzle.)

Lastly, thanks everyone for all the great compliments. It really does mean a lot to all of us.
Huge fan of the rearmounts. That pipework and intercooler mounting is truly badass. I am curious as to how much difference it would make if you separated each exhaust bank using 2.25 inch piping into each turbo instead of joining each into a 3 and then separating them back between two turbos. Don't you lose alot of exhaust veloicty and pressure? How efficient would you say is this setup?

Ouch....I just realized that the cost of two COMP oil-less turbos is worth more than my F-body

yeah I would def be in the market for a well thought out TT oilless rear mount system for my next ws6. you would sell kits like crazy ill bet. getting that all mainstream though so the supply would meet the demand may be easier said than done though.

Nice looking kit Rob! I'd like to see if you could compound this kit on a ZL1 like Hellion did with the GT500.

Wow....funny you should mention that Tom! We are looking at a new ZL1 right now as a "Shop Car". And that was exactly the plan. Are you psychic??

Thank you. We heavily debated running dual piping instead, but went with the single for aesthetics. I'd love to see some real data on the 2 vs 1 theory. Maybe we'll test it ourselves.

If you wrap all your hot pipes you will pick up quicker spool and make more power sooner. Your graph will not look like a N/A graph any longer. Nice job. Looks great.

I was going to say the exact same thing. Wrap or even better, coat the hot side. By the time the exhaust gases reach the rear of the car the temp has dropped a TON!! Hot gases= velocity!

You guys need to design an new F-body kit with oil-less turbo(s) and include a valence to hide the turbo system from everyone! I am sure that the guys from STS would $#!+ their pants at the thought. The 5th gens twin system is totally stealth! No way you can visually tell there are turbos on the street

That's a double edged sword though. Smooth power like that helps to aid in traction. A huge nitrous-like torque hit will roast the tires.

Actually, the hot side piping has all been ceramic coated and thermal heat wrapped. The graph curve is like that due to the fact that the car is an M6, with a huge NA cam on a 111 lobe sep. Because the customer loves the sound of his cam (we do too), and doesn't really want to change it, we have been experimenting with different size turbo exhaust housings. That pull was with the largest housings. Also, since we our Dynojet is not load-bearing, it spools MUCH slower on the dyno than on the street.

One last tidbit of info....the only reason we stopped at 831whp was because the new clutch (rated at 900 ft lbs) gave out after that pull. The solution is in the mail, and we'll have it back on the dyno within the next week or so.
