That pull was with the largest housings. Also, since we our Dynojet is not load-bearing, it spools MUCH slower on the dyno than on the street.

One last tidbit of info....the only reason we stopped at 831whp was because the new clutch (rated at 900 ft lbs) gave out after that pull. The solution is in the mail, and we'll have it back on the dyno within the next week or so.

What size is your exhaust pipe back to the turbo's.

RPS Twin Disc, StreetSlayer for the win on the clutch!

I was wondering if that is the reason why the RWTQ numbers seem lower than what it could be? I saw something similar on a rearmount 2010 V6 Camaro, and I was left scratching my head.

Where/how did y'all run the cold pipes? There is so much. Crap in the way. I'm trying to decide where I'll run mine on a rear mount 5th gen.

And 740 torque seem like an awful lot to me? Specially on a stock motor with turbos siZed for 1000+rwhp

Awesome build sir. What is your professional opinion on the comp oil-less turbo's? I have been researching them and thinking about going with one for a big single setup on a 370 in a fox. Thanks.

Yes. Stock with exception of a cam and Patriot Gold valvesprings. And the cam is definitely not helping anything. It's a 231/236 .644/.613 on a 111.

Exhaust pipe is 2.25" off the manifolds, merging into a 3" back to the axle, then splitting into two 3" pipes leading to each turbo. Regarding the clutch, I've been running the RST in my own 840rwhp C5 for 10k miles now, and it's doing GREAT. I LOVE it. But the customer wanted some wiggle room, so we actually ordered the RXT for his.

That should be visible in the pictures. But it wasn't easy by any means. We have nearly 60 hrs of fabrication time in this kit. And people say that rear mount kits are easier than front mount kits, lol. We built a single front mount turbo kit on a 5th Gen in considerably less time than the twin rear mount kit. Good luck with yours though! You'll love it when it's done!

After reaching the 10k mile mark on my own Comp oil-less turbo on my C5 this week, I'm completely sold. It has worked flawlessly, and continues to perform better than any turbo I've ever had. In fact, I'd go as far as to say that I may never run any turbo other than a Comp oil-less turbo ever again.

Holy ****! That's a bold statement. You must really have faith in them. What turbo is on your vette?

This makes it very difficult to NOT go oil-less with my turbos. Factoring all the rebuilds and potential problems it may be a very good investment.

incredible kit guys, looks awesome. 2 quick questions:

1) what is the pump on the back for if these are oil-less?
2) this about 10k to replicate?

We mounted brackets to where the normal exhaust hangers would go. Then bolted the bad boys on there.

Plus the charge pipe has a bracket near the rear end and the exhaust itself asking has the hanger location near the rear end as well. It all works together.

maybe we could get in touch and compare a little bit. I have a similar setup but i kept the exhaust dual all the way back and had a single charge pipe headed to the front. Then we can compare characteristics to better perfect future kits.
