In my real world at the track experience over a 6 month period of time with the methanol injection on my car, and playing with water to methanol ratios I found the best results with 80%m1/20%water.
All the race cars with high compression, boost and nitrous should quit using C16 or Q16 and scrap it for pump gas and water injection. There is a reason why they use race gas.

I run 100%, no messing around with mixing distilled water and it has provided the best results for me. If you have too much heat in the engine you need a better intercooler and a set of colder plugs. I see a lot of people argue that 51% water and 49% methanol isn't flamable while more than 50% meth is. This is a load of BS, pour some -20 degree washer fluid on the ground and light it. This is around 30-35% methanol depending on the brand.

Nitroused383, I agree with you 100% about flamability, hell, everything is flamable at a certain temp. I've seen a methanol fire at work, and it was pretty memorable. It's all about flashpoint for me. I don't disagree that 100% methanol works well for different scenarios, just as much as various other mixtures with water as well.
