I'm starting to get together all the parts for my TT build. I bought a 06 LQ4 engine for my base. I have a 99 LS1 in the car now. I'm torn between using the truck accessories intake and tb or swapping in the LS1 parts. What do you think.

If your doing it in a fbody id swap it over,its all easy to swap. Only thing is you have to drill and tap a hole for the alt bracket. Otherwise youll only have the lower bolt and the rear stabilizing bracket off the alternator.

f-body is easier to work with, and there are lots of options for aftermarket brackets. Are your TT manifolds up and forward? If not, you might need to move the stock F-bod alt anyways, which means you dont need to mess with tapping the block
