Sounds like tiny turbos if they are 42mm
Im talking too tiny, turbos that are seriously choking the engine.
Then the no. Sounds correct.
Those are prolly t3 4cyl turbos.

Ya same guy. Car started sputtering. Not driving it 5 hours away like that. This guy did fix the tb problem though. Just got back from talking to him and he showed me the data logs. He is getting a knock at 3000 rpms and its taking all the timing away.

Are you throwing any codes? I had a bad knock sensor on my sts camaro and it automatically retarded timing and killed my power.

Dyno's don't mean anything. Mine only made 588 to the wheels in my 4,000lb chevelle. Drove it to the track and it ran 6.38 @118mph! That is a whole lot more than 588 to the wheels. Sometimes dyno's won't do it justice. The track doesn't lie.

If you had a high HP NA setup and all you did was add turbos to it, you are probably running a really badly mismatched combo. You need to find out what you are running before anyone can troubleshoot your issues.

More info of the turbos setup? which kit is that? any dyno graph?
Both N/A and turbos numbers are weird.

To get almost 500hp NA usually takes greater than 11:1 compression and a monster cam. Just like everyone said, if you have that high of a compression ratio, it's not going to be boost friendly at all, hence why you might be seeing so much knock at 3000rpm.

That is my guess, just a bad combo, aggressive na setup is not going to be a good turbo setup, ive seen more guys have luck with na setups like that with prochargers but not turbos, like others have said you really need to find out the specs on whats in there, could be easy as a cam swap to fix your issues lol

another issue i see is you are running tr5 plugs? that is a issue. I was running tr6 on my setup on 6psi of boost and was blowing out spark. You need some pugs in the 7 range like some bref7's or something similar

Your tuner should of noticed that your plugs are too hot, and swapped them out or had you swap them out. Your plugs could be the main problem. Bob

So if it's blowing out the spark would that cause a strong enough knock to pull all of the timing?

They may be causing the knock from being too hot. Bob

Those are 2 ranges colder. NGK plugs are backwards in numbers compared to the other brands.
