What size meth jet
What size meth jet I want to run water meth on my turbo LQ9 but I dont want to use it to fuel my car.
My fuel system can provide enough fuel for my power level. I just want to lower my intake temps and reduce detonation.
I dont want to detroy my engine if my meth kit fails. I'm running low temp winter washer fluid with an AEM progressive kit.
What size jet should I use to make 700whp.

What size jet should I use to make 700whp.
Right now I have a single 15 nozzle and I'm thinking its too much. I'd like to try a single 10 on washer fluid. Or try the 15 with a 80-20 water meth mix.
We just finished one up with a progressive controller. We started it at 700wheel and brought it to 885 on pump gas. We used 2 10's. At 700 wheel we had it at a level 4 of 8, once we had reached full boost at 885hp we had it at 8 of 8. With the meth off at 700HP we had an intake temp of 129-140* and on level 4 typically 75-82*. We ran full meth, no mix. Also if you position the IAT sensor after the meth nozzle and put an aggressive retard in the tune if intake temps rise. This way you will not have to worry about hurting the motor if the meth fails.
