Quite a bit more race oriented.. hopefully 400-500lbs lighter with a cage. Rack and pinion, suspension work, a t6 turbo around 80mm and hopefully reach the upper limits of a head studded stock motor. E85..

Your truck was right around 3800 right? I'm planning on something similar as your new setup with a cage and 80mm t6. If i can choose one setup and stick with it that is lol.

T76s10 - What did you end up doing to the rear end? Stock?

Very nice. I'm gonna go ahead and copy you, thanks dude, just gotta find some axles for that will slide in on a 5 on 4.75 bolt pattern.

redrill the stock ford ones. get a dual bolt pattern wheel. (like a weld draglite) bolt it up to the ford lugs. then transfer punch and drill the 5 by 4.75"
Thats my plan anyway.
Just a thought.

its the best rear end you can possibly get for the s10's in my opinion. its cheap, easy, and proven to take hard launches on even the stock internals

Not a bad idea. I am very seriously considering running stock xtreme wheels (a. I like them, b. sleeper stock) with a drag radial out back. Buddy of mine owns a machine shop, so I might just take the axles to him. Appreciate the info bro

I'm just going to leave mine with the stock ford boltpattern and buying wheels to fit.

Small update. I'm a tired **** this morning. Was up at freekin 1am this morning finishing the merge of the harness to the v6 harness.

For you S10 guys, this really is not that hard at all to merge the C101 Connector and C2 Connecter, just very time consuming. Now when I plug in the factory 4.3 C2 plug to the fuse block it will power the 5.3 truck PCM perfect (or it should, don't see why not). And when plugging in the factory 4.3 C101 plug, all gauges, etc etc should work perfect. VERY good source of information is www.alldatadiy.com. VERY easy to actually figure out what wires need to be swapped, etc etc to go in factory location. Oh and a brother label maker will be your best friend until you run out of that hand of God white tape (thats why you see freekin blue painters tape because I live in BFE and at 12am nothing is open to buy more label tape lol).

Anways, I dont see why I wont atleast have it partially tuned this weekend and hopefully have it fully operationally by Thanksgiving.

I'm retarded and thought it would have been easier to rip every damn wire out of the truck and start from scratch. I quickly realized that was a horrible idea. If only you would have done this a year ago so i would have came to my senses lol. I'm expecting a video of her running soon

Man it paid off!! Very excited all the gauges actually worked except for oil pressure. Gotta switch out my 3 wire sending unit for a 1 wire unit, easy fix. Been spending alot of time with HPTuners the last couple of nights trying to figure it out. Got my base tune pretty much done, keeping timing at 14 deg max, all injector data and SD to get it running. Then its off to driving around, logging crap, putting the AEM WB to use and start playing with the tune. Pretty awesome stuff man, sure beats the old carb days lol

Haha i hear you. Its nice to change timing on my computer instead of messing with the distributor. I wanted to get my stock gauges to work but then i gave up. Are you doing a 2 bar sd tune? Or are you using the maf.

Good deal bro!

If all goes well she will be breathing tonight. Had to get the delphi coils instead of the mitsu coils so they would clear the booster and evap box.
