Methanol nozzle placement in relation to bov and iat sensor

I am at a crossroad here with the placement of the three. I have roughly 4-6 inches to put the iat and meth nozzle in to stay down wind of the bov. I'm sure someone else has ran into this issue. Is that enough room for the iat to pick up the methanol and is that enough distance for the methanol to atomize and not puddle before the intake throttle body. I wish I could move it back but I don't think that venting methanol to the atmosphere under the hood from the bov would be such a good idea. What are your thoughts, guys? Thanks Chris

i have the IAT in my intake manifold where the valve cover vent used to go, and i have two methanol nozzles and a nitrous nozzle pretty much right on top of each other
no blow off valve though.
no blow off valve though.

Hey man,
I had the exact same issue as you once I added my methanol. I wanted to make sure the IAT was far enough downstream for the PCM to recognize the massive drop in IAT so it could adjust timing as necessary. I had a bung welded in originally with the threaded IAT sensor that most use and it was very very close to where my meth nozzles were installed at. So to remedy this, I got a new 2010 camaro sensor and grommet and installed it in the silicon coupler that goes between my intake charge pipe and my throttle body. It gave me about 8 inches of distance from my meth nozzles and it picks up the drop in IAT just fine. You can see it when I test the meth kit drop 40 degrees instantly...so cool. This link below is not my car, but shows how the sensor and grommet mount. I mounted mine on the bottom so it can't be seen, but its the same concept.

Run 20lbs through it plenty of times now with no issues...I was concerned about it just being a grommet at first, but I haven't had any issues yet, so I'll stand by it till it proves me otherwise
