Yeah, I'm up in Utah and its always nice to have the A/C, it never breaks 105+ and really only in the 100+ degree range in July. So if worst comes to worst I can live with not having A/C ... I have til Winter to save, (snow in Utah is a no-go for the bird!) So I was hoping I could do this as a Winter project.

Any kit homemade or otherwise is limited to the turbo size. The kit doesn't make the power, the turbo does. So whatever size turbo will fit the kit and car is what you are looking for. Do NOT choose a kit because of how much power someone made. You choose a kit based on what you want to have like A/C and swaybar or how does it fit and does it require a turbo k-member, standing up the radiator or any other vehicle modifications.

That makes sense. Luckily I already have removed my front sway bar!
I really only want A/C to stay. I'll switch K Members if I need too.

Not everyone lives in Texas I don't use the a/c in my daily driver so for me it was a simple decision. July has been an exceptionally hot month for us in Michigan this year but during the average year we rarely see temps above 90*. No big deal...I don't like driving my Camaro when the temps are above 85 anyways, ac or not.

I am half way from Texas to you and at 7:00 pm it was still 105° outside. At 8:30 pm it was 103°. Cars use the A/C in the Winter as well. When you turn on the defroster your A/C runs to pull the moisture from the air even when you have it cranked to hot. So a foggy windshield will be that much harder to clear in the winter. Plus it keeps that wet musty smell out of the car. Pulling the A/C on any street car that has it seems dumb to me.

My car doesn't use a/c in the winter Too much snow to drive it!

I hear what you are saying but for my situation there's no issue with removing the a/c. My car is always parked inside, never driven in the winter, and rarely (if ever) driven above 85*. In regards to clearing a foggy windshield, I've driven many winter beaters without a/c and they cleared the windshield just fine (and we average 100+ inches of snow each year).
