Very nice numbers! I don't know how long I'd trust those power levels on stock pistons, but you already know that.

Thanks, I agree about the pistons. I'm switching over from 91 octane to E85 next week and gonna swap out the pulley to a 4.5" and also try a 5".

Wow, great results! I can only assume you are very happy so far. What gear did you guys dyno in? Isn't the 6l80 goofy as far not having a 1-1 gear?

Very inspiring build you have going here!

Im going to have to step up to a 5" pulley. Tuned my G8 on E85 and replaced the 4.0" pulley with an 4.5" pulley and made damn near the exact same power!

This 690rwhp pull was only to 6,000 rpm

This was the final run. Made 730rwhp which is only 6 horsepower less than what I made on 91 octane with a 4" pulley.

Thanks to the guys at Sullivan GM Performance for a great tune and Dyno Jet for allowing us to use their world class facility.

Awesome.

If you made the same power with less boost its a sign of the wonderful effects of E85.

I wouldn't worry about that power level, especially with E85. I doubt there is much timing in it, and I bet it will live forever as long as the tune is spot on.

Well done

Sold the car back in 2015 and the new owner didn't trust the tune from my tuner and the story goes that he windowed the block after another shop put a N/A tune on it.

Beautiful car, awesome set up!
Thank you for the update!

It's always very interesting to learn the long term outcomes.
