Why did you do a water cooled manifold cover rather than just use heat shielding? There is some pretty trick stuff out there and combined with a Turbo heat shield should limit heat into the manifold.

Main reason is mud, this setup is desighned to be easy to keep clean. most the stuff i could find would of held water.

How do you remove the manifold seeing both sides are welded together and the exhaust ports are angled down? I take it you must have room to slide the whole thing out the front?

There is a flange on one side under the waste gate, and there is another flange going in the side you can see.

Got the dump pipe done 3.5". Tried to keep it straight as possible from the turbo.

And fitted the 02 probes, my tuner sends the not 100% needed but helps to have them fitted, so I did.

Looks excellent.

Although I would cut the end tanks off the intercooler and re-weld them after turning 90deg and adding suitable material. It will place the pipes a little better for you ? But more importantly allow for better airflow through the actual core.

A very neat setup though.

Thanks, i'm extremely limited for space there, there almost taking out the headlights as it is, do ya think it will make much of a difference

Rotating the end tanks 90deg towards the engine is bound to save an inch or two each side ?

But enlarging the end tanks will definitely help flow through the core. For an off roader where airpseeds are likely to be lower, anything that can help is bound to be worth it ? Especially if it does free up some space. Only you can decide if it really does create more room, though. Those 180deg bends look pretty compact

Those o2 sensors will not do anything there. I'd put them pre turbo, and only use them for part throttle trimming, or delete them entirely. They are bank to bank specific, and putting them post turbo in the same exhaust will cause problems.
