Toyota Truck, different LS1 turbo conversion
Whats your thoughts??? to big? Not big enough?
I've water cooled the fuel fail, and have a manifold cover that is also water cooled on its own separate cooling system.
40nb primary's, 4 into 1 in firing order, 50nb from collector, S366 Borg warner turbo, 3.5" exhaust outlet, 40mm Tial wategate still to be fitted. The reason for the top mount was purely for room on the conversion I'm doing. Its a 4wd winch challange truck.

That is a wild setup!!!!
Quite ingenious too, I like the water cooled fuel rails, they remind me of the newer boat exhaust manifolds that are water cooled.
That would be a serious setup for the street too, instead of a big old roots blower sticking through the hood you could cut a hole for your hairdryer.
Nice work!

Its made from Mild steel, I wanted something different, although its close to the manifold i believe i have enough cooling setup to defeat that. So far no real negative feedback, so i guess that's a good thing!!

I did toy with that idea, but decided, it was to Ghetto looking, not saying mine looks better, just thought id give it a go!! Welds should not be a problem the manifold mateiral is 3mm wall, and all tig welded.

My mate can sew me up a blanket, got the material and the special thread. As fot the Material, there called but weld bends here in Australia, threre about $8 each, i used 40nb (Nominal Bore) for the primarys.

Separate cooling system, raptor radiator and electric pump, just like an air-water inter cooler
