I would not worry about the r151f. I did lots of 7k rpm 357whp 2nd gear clutch drops in my old 2jz 4runner without any breakage. The clutch on the other hand was a different story.

The clutch in this one is the best i can get, i'm not concerned about that at all, custom flywheel, dodge viper pressure plate, copper impregnated fiber clutch plate. cost 2 arms and 1 leg, i know others with more power than ill ever have running the same setup so I'm confident..

Mate has same combo, in a auto sedan, 5.7lt as-well, getting 412rwkw @12 psi, my manifolds exhaust ect should help me gain a bit more as for the manual as well, but, i got bigger drive-train to turn.
full boost @ 2800rpm in his, so she's a stump puller, not a drag racer.

air intake. well some of it!

4" intake and no room for an airbox in the engine bay!

under the steering around the handbrake!

cover back on and you wouldn't know!

And the key ingredient for this build!!

Funny story about the shocks!!
I was stuck at LA airport with car parts they would not let me ship ( a big screw you Delta airlines) , being thanksgiving day, everything was shut and we're getting ready to board our flight, faced with the fact I may have to throw out the suspension I brought, I did all I could in the short time i had and found some random guy working at a airport hotel valet car park,
told him of my problem, he offered to help, I had to leave my parts, cash and my address. Trusting this person I only just meet, Thinking I'd never see them again. To my amaze this top bloke, paid extra for the shipping than I left him, (no i didn't try and short change him) he sent them, all on his own time. They arrived yay. Now this bloke is going to get 1 hell of a TIP. Thank you budy.

Out of interest...why route the intake through the cabin ?

Wouldnt it be easier and perhaps more efficient up towards the roof as per "wet" offroadders ?

Also...that big tube looks very close to your feet. I absolutely hate anything in that area.

this is what i did last time, that was 3", i need 4"(really needed 4" for the last aswell) for this truck i like the idea of doing something different, and main reason i have no room for an air box under the hood, as for foot clearance Not a problem, honestly you wouldn't even know it was there (and i got big feet)

Just make sure the cabin isnt airtight and it sucks all the oxygen out suffocating you LOL..

But on a serious note...that really is going to be sucking a huge amount of air from the inside of the car ?

Just Smashing the work out these days,
High Pressure Fuel pump set up done waiting on the none return valves, and sussed out a way to use my eboost Street, to turn the second pump on at XXpsi
4.5lt Surge tank.

Excuse the paint that has not been done yet, but you get the location idea.

Only think I see that I do not like, are those tiny pre-filters. ( plus the Facet pump is still there lol )

Although the fact the new pump will be feeding the swirl with some pressure and subsequently into the 044's, maybe they will be ok.

But I know Earls make tiny filters like that, and they specifically state they should not be used with efi. They simply do not flow enough.

What are the specs of those filters ?

Wow, they're flow claims are impressive for such a tiny unit. Although they will be based on the pressure side, as opposed to the gravity side. But as there is a pump feeding the swirl, then it should be ok. Maybe do no harm restricting the return from the swirl to main a little though.

As I say, if the flow claims are legit then it should be ok.

But when you compare to Aeromotive, Fuelab, SX, Holley, and any of the more common brand names, their filters claiming similar flow numbers are 3-4x the size.

On the pressure side, there wouldnt be a concern at all. But again, as you're pumping fuel into the swirl and the tank should maintain some pressure then all should be well.

When I eventually re-work my own setup, I'll be putting one of these 260gph filters before each of my pumps. Need to modify my tank first though, which will be a nightmare. Serious overkill, but 40mic is small for a pre-filter, and as mine are gravity fed only, I want to ensure there will never ever be a restriction there.
