I would think Cali you would have a turbo shop in your area. I'm in BFE KY and we have a turbo shop and they're usually affordable. Sucks about the turbo but glad to hear Turbonetics is willing to cut you some sort of break. Hopefully it won't be too expensive.

Well all the major cities are about 2 hours away from me lol, but turbonetics is in LA so it's bout 6 hours away I'm going to ship it tomorrow and hopefully it won't be hard on the wallet for a rebuilt oh and thanks by the way.

I bet the screen got clogged and starved the turbo for oil.

No problem and thanks, when I need something I'll contact you. I'll keep you guys posted, the turbo arrived so now im going to wait for the new of what caused it and the repair.

Hey guys well turbonetics got back to me about the failure of the turbo. Well they could not confirm what caused the damage. They need to replace the (cartridge) as she mentioned.. The cost of the repair is $456 and 1year warranty... What do you guys think should I repair it or just go bout a different route

$456 vs a lot more for a new turbo. Fix it and go on.
