hp76 or s475HpX billet turbo.
Step up for my car will be a 5.3 stock bottom end tu1 cam ls1 intake dual valve springs backed by a th400 and a 8.8 with a 3.55 gear going in a mustang I would like to be around 650hp but I want room to grow. Planning on building a 6.0 later on.
Which turbo do you think the
CRT midframe hp 76mm turbo
Or
Bw s475hpx billet.
They both are about 1g each which is around my budget I have to spend on a turbo
Thanks

I would run the HP76 if you are set on using the LS1 intake, That intake will crap out around 6200 RPM so I would run the 1.08 to bring the turbo online sooner, that way you will have a better power band and it will also make life easier to bring it online in the lights off of the two step. If you decide to change to a LS6/LS2 intake it will run hard to about 6800-7K then I would run the larger housing to free it up and make use of the high end of the RPM band.
On a side note Chris and Brenda are great people to work with, bought my S480 with race cover from them and will probably by my next turbo through them. I had an issue with the turbo the first day it was on the car, even though BW said they wouldn't warranty it, Chris still made it right, so the customer service is great too.
