I don't think you'd want to run anything but skinnies on the front with manual steering Jody, I have a manual and with the skinnies it turns pretty easy, with some 275s it would be a bear to say the least

Spent half the day putting in my trans by myself so i can get the motor angle correct.. had to use my wagon to get it from storage to the garage then use several jacks off the wagon and up in the car.. urgggg

why are you running a 60e and an 88mm?

You should try a 4L80e....

yea.. i plan on running an 80E. As far as i know, the 80E with some cutting under the car it should fit. I used my FLT 60E for mock up to get the motor at the right angle.

Well, not much update but i did finish all the hotside and the cold side, just need to have everything professionally welded up. The Tial 60mm wastegate i have, waiting to have my shortblock in to see how much room i have down below to work with.. Trimmed the top of the firewall so the elbow fits, I do have to trim my hood so it close..

trimmed up

And my block showed up today. Going to be a 427ci LSX

Where or who built your 427ci LSX? That is the same size and type of motor I want to build next. If you don't mind telling me what you paid for the shortblock, and some specs on it, I would appreciate it. Feel free to PM me.

The build is looking great man! Love those white TransAms, but I am biased.
