Good info for sure! Im going to run twin walbro 255's through the stock lines with a 1/1 regulator returning through the evap line 80# deka injectors on e85. Bought a Huron speed kit with magnum 80mm turbo From slowlsx on here just waiting for it to arrive. Should be plenty for a stock ls1

So Ive been talking with my tuner and He seems to think I will run out of fuel "e85" before 600rwhp on their dynamics dyno. What do you guys think? Again Fuel system is stock rails, lines, 1/1 malory fpr, 80lb deka injectors. Dual Walbro 255's hot wired. And I'm @ 6000 ft elevation.

The fuel lines will support 900+
Injectors will support 900+
Stock rails will support 900+
Fuel pumps will support right at 800rwhp when they run out, I never recommend more than 750rwhp with 2 walbros. You can add a boost a pump and support 850+ rwhp

Run 65 base fuel pressure

This is all off proven real world situations I have done on several cars.

I've never actually measured exactly, but I believe they are 3/8.

I use E85. On my C6 I'm using a stock LS3 in tank pump, a Bosch 044 external running off my drivers side tank, and a return going back to the drivers side tank. Stock LS3 fuel rails. Pressure set at 58psi and it's not boost referenced. 673rwhp and my FIC 103#(at 58psi) injectors are at 91% duty cycle. Dyno was done in 116F Phoenix heat and correction factor was 1.07. If I was boost referenced I would gain a little headroom, but not too much as I'm only at 12psi. I'm going to add meth to know down my IAT's and that will take a little load off the injectors. Currently I'm at 11.2:1 AFR on the gas scale.

Skinnies- I'll be running 95% street. Are the cars your talking about full time race? Street? I was wondering if you have any problems, running high pressure on the street, as far as heating the fuel?

All are street cars and no issue.

In case anyone wanted to know what 80's will do on a 3 bar base fuel pressure -- I switched to E85 a few days ago and am running at 43.5 base psi. It's a boost referenced regulator, and at 12psi I was at 98 IDC. I'm also spraying pure meth through dual 10 nozzles. I would guess I'm in the 650rwhp range through a 4l80e.
