Also on the cold side, the outlet o.d. of the turbo measures i think a little over 3.5" what size would I need for that?

That is the OD of the flanges, but the pipe would be 3" and 4". We carry the flanges for both the intake and downpipe when you need them.

Let me know and I will be more than glad to measure, just wanna make sure the info im giving you is correct
Basically where the elbow would sit on the intake and to the top. If you had a stock hood on the car. Hopefully that helps

I set a piece of straight bar across the engine bay and measured up from the intake. 3.25" from top of intake to where stock hood would sit. Depending on the bracing of the hood you may have 3.5-3.75"
- hope that helps, let me know if there's anything else I can help with

I know you live up there so you would know but when I did Google maps it says its 26 miles away. No matter though, this thing is going to fly no matter what.

Car looks great. I love the look of the headers, but I have a couple of questions. Is your S400 SX78 a t4 or t6 and what ar? Why not the S400 SX80? Just curious because I'm starting a similar build in a fox.

What do you mean you smoothed all the welds?

Smoothed all the welds as in cleaned them up with some light sanding. The sx78 t4 was recommended by forced inductions primarily for instant spool. Lastly the headers can fall apart for all I care, for 399 ill try it.
