Hp88 to small for a street driven 404???
I'm building a Lsa headed 404 can I make a 1000hp with an hp88 or will I run out of steam up top? http://stores.customracingturbos.com...ame/Detail.bok
This is a street car that I've decided to run a stalled auto in.
What's your guys take on this turbo? Is it just too small? Would a gt91 be better?

PM AutomagicLS1 on this forum. He has ran the GT88 and now running the GT50-88. He ran the GT88 for a long time making 1000rwhp and the GT50 he hasn't had on the dyno yet, but he picked up a bunch of mph in the 1/8th with it. The GT50 is a beast if you have the coin for it. Latest technology.

You'd be surprised how many vendors get their turbos from Forced Induction. People complain about their customer service and rightly so on many occasions and then order turbo from someone who turns around and calls Forced Induction.

We provide CNC parts, covers, wheels, turbine housings, bearing housings...etc for 70+ companies and growing. Their are changes coming to address orders MUCH faster. Should bring wait times to less then 3-4 days on custom units.

I wouldnt be surprised......I'm sure my CRT is built using some of forcedinductions stuff.... But when a place ***** me on my order of Vbands and won't return my emails, phone calls, my money, or last but not least fulfill my order. AND then my GT88 compressor wheel does a bench grinder routine on the cover(two dyno pulls in). I decide its best not to use them directly.
Didn't want to go in detail again but you guys asked for it.
CRT (Chris) returned my email with a PHONE CALL ordered a turbo that day, 6 days later I had a bolt in replacement for my "budget GT-88". Those are my experiences with the producers of the two turbos stated in th OP's thread!
