5.3 s480 turbo in notchback so far ive got all the parts to put the motor together and the turbo came in a few weeks ago. Ill post up some pics as soon as it starts to go back together.

Verdad Gallardo finally had a little time to work on car, I got the bottom end back together I put new rings, arp rod bolts (had the rods resized).I gapped my top rings at .028 and the bottom at .034. Installed ls6 cam for now and put ls2 timing chain and a melling oil pump. Also put a set of ebay head studs. So hopefully this week I can get the motor back in car and start fabbing up the hotside.
See, I looked at putting mine there as well, but the alternator and PS bracket I have would put the turbine housing pretty much on top of the ps pump with the corvette accessories I have. Looking good though!
