Default advice on twins vs single

hey guys im looking at doing another build this winter using either another 4.8 or a 5.3 maybe even a 6.0 but any way my current build uses a single 74mm on a 4.8 and makes around 700whp it is way to laggy on the foot brake and in the 60 ft. my next set up im looking at going twins so what size would you think will give a 4.8-5.3 virtually no lag and yet produce enough cfm combined to make 800+ whp at under 20 psi? im on pump and meth so if you have e85 my results wont match yours cause e85 has allot more exhaust gas flow at any given time. also and this is the tricky part, i have seen more and more people having luck with turbos of the cheaper persuasion at least in price wise , denmah and others all run the ebay gt40 and other turbos like it so i guess the second part of the equation is which twins are best for the money and meet my demands. id like to stay under 1200-1400 for the both.
