The gauge pod is from 6LE.

Worked on the car a little. Installed the fuel pump and hot wire kit.

Flow matched 60's.

Removed the LS1 intake. Dirty huh?

Cleaned it up.

Cut the fins off of the LS6 intake.

Installed the injectors.

Went to install the 2 bar map sensor, but realized it didn't come with a new gasket. So I had to order one...

Installed the Derale fans, still need to wire them up.

I was hoping to have it running on the 2 bar SD tune by this past weekend but the map sensor gasket held me up.

Good work man! That's exactly what I did and made it so much easier getting the 2 bar lined out before any turbo work. Keep it up bro!

Thanks bro!

Finally got the fans wired up. And a tip for anyone who hasn't wired up their fans yet, make sure you you find the right "dark blue" tigger wire. There's two of them that run over the shock tower

Hopefully I'll be getting a big version of this soon!

Oil feed line with -4 fittings.

Mounted my gauges.

I'm thinking of ordering the Modular turbo Alt brkt too. My belt keeps coming off and squeeling at low rpm. Did the belt that came with it fit ok ?
I lost my belt at the track in the fall. She got pretty hot I need to address this before spring.

Have you checked your alignment? It may be off a little bit, if so a washer or 2 can help that!

It's a factory weight fly wheel. When this clutch starts to slip, I'd like to go with a 4l80e and a nice stall.

Yeah the belt that comes with the Modular Turbo kit fits great. Mine did the same thing. After talking to a few guys with this problem and actually buying a laser alignment tool myself, the problem is the tensioner (out of 3 people so far). I got tired of messing with mine and replaced the whole setup.

I've got the huron speed kit and I had 0 belt alignment issues. I've got about 3000 miles on it and countless races/ hard pulls with no belt issues. I wonder what is different?

Same with our 2 shop vehicles as well as the other few local cars I know were up and running. I guess just the difference in each vehicle, each bracket, etc. In any event, if anyone has a problem, check your alignment, may need to use a washer here or there to tweak alignment possibly. Give me a shout also and I will take care of you!

In any event, build is looking good Ray!
