I'll find that post just to remind you of what you said.

Which was it 250 or 350?

Camscam also said that the 8 range plug was guess what...too hot.

Now, back to my ignore list.

Both. For a self proclaimed reading expert you don't comprehend very well do you?

I wouldnt build a F1X with a belt no way no how try to drive that geartrain, but yeah if you know you can only run xx,xxx rpm with a belt setup reliably, then make more power NA is your only route. But a air to water setup with a belt?
My next setup is gonna be a F1X-with a serpentine belt.

I'll make it work.

No buddy, that 5.4 stepup is even killer on a cog.

I gotta a 10 rib bracket that should work-similar setup to that 427F1R-it kicked out 267kpa.

It's 3/4 thick front plate front and rear-with a new billet spring loaded tensioner I'm working on.

The F1X should actually be just a little bit easier than the F1R to turn-because of the volute and the inlet size.

Not trying to set the world on fire but I would like to run just a bit faster.

There's only so much we can throw at the 4L60-and the way the centri's deliver the power helps makes them live.

Is a 4L80E out of the question for you?

RPM says I don't make enough power to need one.

4l80s are extremely inefficient. They take a lot of power to turn. Aruns 8.80 with a 60, would have been a 9.0-9.20 with an 80.

In the Vette world, a properly controlled 60, with the right parts, will live a long time behind power.

It would be easy to see the gains you had from a minor cam swap and the tune getting a little closer. We have picked up redculas MPH in the 1/8 from 1 degree. Along with eating more fuel effectivly(true judge of increased hp)

We've got a couple hundred passes on C5 TT427 making 1300hp on a RPM 4l60e, never skips a beat since it was upgraded to their best model.

Been high 8's @ 161 mph - 3940 lbs race weight in a C5 corvette (heavy car, twin rear mount, 10-point cage, nitrous system/bottle, full interior everything etc).

Car leaves on 200hp nitrous to spool the turbos, 16 psi
