Default Fastest bolt on ZR1??

Anybody keeping a list on the C6 ZR1 specifically?

Heard there were some pretty stout numbers laid down by one in Clay City Ky tonight....

Was wanting to dig up some other cars for comparison.

9 second 1/4 is very stout for a new car with minor mods, but 150mph!! that is serious steam!

Dyno numbers arent impressive..... this thing was tuned on the stingiest chassis dyno ive ever seen. Its a Dyno dynamics one.. its only showing low 61x's for rwhp..... but the car ran 9.70's and 9.80's at 142-144.

Lou, you have seen 800rwhp and a 150 mph timeslip from a ZR1 still sporting the stock blower????

i know for a fact a guy was running 10.40's on here with drag radials and a tune. it was in the 10 second section. he was thinking bolt ons would get him really close to 9's.

Most are in the 146-148 trap range, lethal went 150. I called them out only because I too thought it was high, but it's legit and has been backed up.

I have a customer car that went 175 in the half mile last week, but had hight IAT2 numbers due to a cracked intercooler core and the bypass opened. Wired shut it went 190 with iats in the 310+ range.

That same lethal car went 178 in the half, so I know it's legit.

We're doing a lot of blower work, but it's expensive. Worth 25-35rwhp.

Im working on a few things for them as we speak, mainly the heat management side of things. You can really get down on the tuneup when they are cold, after that it's just a waiting game till they are hot.

Car's been 9.54@147 on the race gas tune on a soft 1.59 60' and has been 150mph on a higher 9sec pass!

Just to clarify the "bolt ons" claim..

Lethals ZR1 actually has heads/cam/ported blower, along with the traditional "bolt ons"

The car runs its *** off for sure...

But a ZR1 with only true "bolt ons". (Aka exhaust, pulley, intake mods etc etc, external mods only), ain't trapping 150 mph...
