Here is a 4" stainless DP feeding a Magnaflow 2.5" system tucked away. It is ultra stealthy until the Sound Performance 4" cutout opens around 8 PSI.

I had a hard time finding someone who did this setup already. I was looking for something simple that exited before the rear tire so I wouldn't have to mess with crossing to the passenger side and deal with going over the axle.
Ls1 with Huron speed ac kit
(2) 15* 3" elbows coming off
the down pipe
4" body magnaflow straight through
4' length 3" SS pipe
(1) 45* 3" to exit before the driver's rear wheel

leaves plenty of ground clearance with a good tone which is much more tolerable than the open down pipe
