you want to use the UMI road-race k-member with an APS kit? maybe, but probably not. more than likely the driver's side charge pipe will clear the k-member since it routes behind the k-member support:

on the passenger side however, the charge pipe needs to route through the k-member:

all that extra UMI bracing looks like it will be in the way. maybe you can try changing the way the compressor housing is clocked and redo the charge piping.

Hello,

Thanks considering the UMI k-member!

Our standard version, #2320 will and has cleared multiple times with the APS twin turbo set up. Customers reported good fit and only having to adjust the drivers side turbo very slightly.

We have not tried the road race version and like mentioned above the extra bracing could be in the way.

We feel even our standard version is one the toughest on the market with no failures. Our dual tube center section adds increased strength and oil pan protection. I would be very confident with our standard version on a road race car.

Check out this link to some customer feedback regarding our LS1 k-member. This is direct from the customer- https://www.umiperformance.com/news/?p=373

Let me know if I could help anymore.

Thank you!
Ryan
