ATI Crank Pulley backed out

Default ATI Crank Pulley backed out

After getting on it today after the dyno-tune, I noticed the boost dying off after a couple of hard runs. Heard some clanking from the motor to find ou that the belt came off and the ATI crank pulley was wobbling. I remember some cutting down the crank bolt. We did use locktite on it. Any help is appreciated.

also Id like to add that it was torqued as per instructions manual. how is everyone else doin it? is the blue bolt from ATI one time use only like the stock one?

I had this problem w/my 8 rib and COGS pulleys.....

I just put in a new fresh ATI bolt, its shorter than the bolts they had out before, I used red locktite on it, w/the supplied washer, cranked it to 37ftlbs, then turned the bolt 135 degrees from there, It was torquing well over 250ftlbs for a good 5 or 6 final last tugs, so its in there pretty good......

I had the bolt back out before on me, thats when I was using a used ATI crank bolt, so hopefully this will do the trick......

You have to pin the crank pulley.

I found out that my crank is keyed, so it looks like I don't have to pin afterall....
