Default Piston dish?

Ready to order my pistons and was looking for some opinions. It'll be a 3.903 bore. Deciding between dished pistons and small cc heads or flat tops with large cc heads. What has more aftermarket head options? I already have 317 heads but can get them milled if I go dished.

I have a couple of turbo builds with -4cc flat tops & 72cc heads that run pretty good. I think they are around 9.4 SCR.

Wiseco has a 3.903 11cc dish. I think you would have more head options particularly used heads as a lot of those have been milled somewhat

This is definitely a good point. I guess that my 317s would be pretty worthless at that point. i wonder if i could have them milled enough to get the compression to 9.5:1
