Like I said months back (more than once) and IB deleted my post in this thread ... Not a single solitary thing was going to be done to Josh (like nothing was done to Hi-Flow, OFI, Dave Inall/Incon etc.).
If people had of followed my advice when I told them to get legal counsel and seek damages the day the supposed break in was announced, they could "may" have salvaged something. Instead, people went after me saying how stand - up, awesome. good nature, nice kind of guy that Josh is ...."
No one has your best interest in mind. Business people are people and people are horrible, LOL!
No one wants to see the sociopathic predators such as Josh evaporated more than I BUT in reality, he's got nothing to worry about in terms of anything happening to him based on what I've seen from earlier postings similar to this.

I mean really what can one do. When you're told by a lawyer that if you sew the company you may win but getting the money is another story. Take him to court personally because fed laws was broken and he might go to jail. Either way it goes your not going to get nothing and you will be out more money. One day he will face one of the two God or one of us that he wronged or both. Either way he will have to face the music of it one day.

I'm still trying to figure out how he's still working out of the same building. I mean, if you are closing the business and are so broke, how are you still paying your lease? They are currently building RTRBURN's Mustang. 25.3 cage, mini tubs, etc., but Josh can no longer meet the obligations to work on the stuff that he has already been paid for? It's comical really,he has changed his name on the local board, I assume he thinks people are too ignorant to figure out who he is...but yet if a word is posted about Kyturbo, it's deleted before anyone can even see it. Sad thing is, I know that RTRBURN helped a couple of guys on here with the retrieval of their parts. But, if he's still hangin out with Josh knowing that he's ripped off so many people, what does that say for his character?

Josh, I used to look at you as a friend. You even came to my home when we traded cars and I treated you like a friend then as well. I can't beleive you have done these people like this only to stay in business after making this thread leading them to believe you were closing your doors.
