Why doesn't someone just go over there and tune him up a bit. If it is really as bad as this thread suggests.........whats the problem. Go over there and **** him up.

he's waiting for that, he probably has his lawyer on speed dial waiting to sue the pants off someone.. To recoup money from his screw up..

The big problem is a lot of people can't file charges since he did a lot of work without receipts/contracts.. So it's hard to prove anything..

At my job, we have a saying, if it's not documented, you didn't do it. Same thing here.

Without documented proof that you paid him $xxx for some service, you have nothing. Now, when you show up puffing out your chest, and making threats, you will be the one removed in handcuffs.
