Looking forward to the C6 kit. I just want to add to the people who say the 12 pusher fan won't be enough. I ran a Spal 16" pusher and 12" puller in moderate weather conditions on a F-body.

For the A/C kit, is the BMR K-member required????

Totaly like the idea of keeping the AC and Vbanded manifolds. I already have an ON3 T76 waiting to go on my car in a rear mount layout, but a front mount would be alot easier on fabrication then rear mounted.

Im not sure if it was answered, hadden read through all of the thread yet, but once it poped into my head I had to ask.

for the AC kit, I understand clearance for an after market Kmember. Dose it have to be the BMR Kmember? I have a UMI RR-Kmember, so thats why i ask. Im not giving that thing up, so thats my limiting factor.

REally cool that you guys are coming on board. Definitly try not to get too sucked up into the "chinese" debate. It will defnitly get heated in these forums. The pictures you got look great so far, cant wait to see final products.

FWIW, my on3 76mm .96 a/r turbo put down 660rwhp and 696rwtq @ 11.3psi. Motor gave out before the turbo did, but thats also because whoever built my motor(came with the roller i bought) did'nt know how to gap rings, and caused 2 ringlands to break. Im doing a new motor setup and new cam, going to push this turbo to the limits. Should easily make 700rwhp

what fuel were you using? I have seen some motors live with some pretty dang powerful cars with stock ringlands.

Pump gas 93 octane, and the ringlands went because it was beleived that the CR was 9.5ish:1, and it turned out it was really closer to 10.5/10.8:1CR, which is why it made close to 700 on 11lbs

Motor came with the car, so didnt really question it up untill now LOL. Ill never make that mistake again. But the on3 76mm had more left in it, it can easily hit 700 with the right setup

I have a list right now on my desk with the potential kits to design this year. That happens to be pretty high on the list. Im going to see how sales go on these 3 systems in the next couple months. That will be the deciding factor on the twin kit

As of right now we are only guaranteeing fitment around BMR. I have been asked about Pa a few times and Im waiting to see what they will do. If they want to donate one for our testing, Ill swap my car out to maybe have another option for suspension. Its just a decent amount of work so I want to be sure the company is willing to work with us if Im going to spend the time testing to potentially get them business in return. It would be good to know from my standpoint as well though so we will see.

Everything you see is the final production, this is the first production kit you see on my car. So its exactly what we will be shipping out to the customers

mot everyone wants/needs a complete kit......

We will offer a complete hotside but as of right now, not just the merge pipe. If that becomes something we constantly get asked, I will run a production so we can offer just that. Every other application we are involved in, most people go for a complete system as its easier and in most situation, can be purchased cheaper than piecing it together. Regardless, we will see what the demand is and consider

Sorry to be a pain, but did you get a chance to look into the specs of the 88mm turbo? If you get a chance, PM me with that info.

Thanks.

I've got a 79 ford Fairmont (fox body) with a tubular k member 5.3 and a 76mm on3 turbo waiting to be installed if you need a vehicle to design a kit on. I'm only about 2hrs away if interested. The turbo I have is a very nice looking piece.

I sure can, they are $39. I have a few here stocked, as soon as I posted them up they went pretty quick.

If you are wanting to go north of 600rwhp, you will want to upgrade to the 76mm turbo. So with that upgrade and say the price of the stock kmember kit, you would still be just under $2000. Adding in the accessories to support the power, I have about $700 with injectors, map, pump, and misc items. Still all in all a very affordable solution to get your car to that mark
