So are the non-ac manifolds v-banded as well? Or just the ac kit?

Also, have you given any more thought to the group purchace?
Not trying to be too pushy just want to either get this kit or start piecing together one. Either way i'll be using some of your products. Thanks

it's a $2,000 complete turbo kit that retains AC and is in stock ready to ship... and people still want a discount.... sad.

thats what i was thinking. dont get me wrong i wouldn't turn down a group purchase but im just happy someone made a reasonably priced kit, i cant imagine the price coming down much more even if their was a group buy.

The vbanded manifold is just the pass. side manifold on the a/c kit as of now. Down the road Im going to have new moulds done to allow us to vband all of them. I want to get the ball rolling in this market first though before we start opening more moulds.

Im going to try and work something out for a group buy but mainly was going to offer free shipping on the first 10 kits. There really isnt a lot I can do at the point where Im at. Shipping is generally right around $100

Im not sure where to start the buy at, but if we wanted to get a list, Ill do free shipping on the first 10 kits we sell on here.

dude, with the right supporting modes and a bit of luck, this kit on a realitivly stock block and 8-10 psi could net you 550-650hp. with a single racetronics pump your limited safety wise to about 550hp, then you gotta double up.
4-6 psi on a stock motor can get you 400hp alone lol so ya, this turbo kit could probably get you way beyond what you are looking for

Did this work? I'm in Texas and don't really want to deal with a car overheating.

As Joshua was saying, your power goal would be an extremely low amount of boost. On the 70mm that comes in the kit, it will have no problem making over 500 wheel. We have our 340lph in tank pump that will take care of the fuel supply and just add in a set of 42# injectors.

Its been between 15-40 degrees up here so we arent exactly able to test in that heat. I have a local customer that has ran his car this same way for the last year or two without any issues. Granted you do get more heat but we still have our fair share of warm 100 degree days. You can fit 2 of these fans I have which are rated around 2200cfm if Im not mistaken. If that cannot keep the car at operational temperature, Im really not sure what else could.

Some guys have been inquiring about our scavenge pump we use on the 4th gen kits, here are a few photos. This is the carbon wrapped pump we are doing, they come standard with either a black or white body. $179 for the wrapped carbon pump shown and both set of fittings 1/2 and 5/8"

You have a dyno graph showing this kit on a mostly stock LS1? 8-10PSI? I can only assume it starts to lay over at about 5200RPM with such a small turbine and 346CI.

that looks like my pump but with a carbonfiber wrapping lol
id assume you get your pumps from a general supplier. Curious, what are the capibilitys of this pump? i ask for the rear mount turbo guys. A pump up front near the engine is gonna have less of a load then one all the way in the back of the car.

So am i reading this right that you will offer a complete hotside? If so is there an eta and is it for the ls1 ac kit?

Its possible, as noted I wrap them myself and come standard with a white finish.

I do not have a set time when we will split up kits. As of right now, we are just selling complete turbo systems
