Default Which turbo would be better for my 390?
GT-88 or a GT-91? T4 flange. My cam is a 234/234 112+2 lsa. Should be 10 degrees of overlap if I did the math correct. I'm thinking the GT-91 because of the overlap. Any thoughts?

The turbine is the same on both turbos, right?

Whats the reason for wanting to stay t4. I am running a T6 S88 on my 385 and that works really well.

Only difference between those two is the horsepower potential. Both have thw same two turbine and housing options.

With either one id do the 97mm turbine and the 1.23 housing.

Think that would work well? Or do you think I should go t6? My turbo kit comes with a t4 but I can have them cut the t4 flange off and weld on a t6 if that would be better.

I would upgrade to the T6 on your kit. Will save you like 300 bucks on the turbo itself.

Guess not lol, turns out I was wrong, I guess they can't just cut it off, I must have read it wrong. So I'm sticking with a t4 I thought I saw a thread with a 390 and a t4 91mm.

Thats sucks :/ best thing you could have done is a T6. But you will still get good amounts of HP for sure.

I was thinking about running a T4 Pt-88/91 lmr used that and a 390 and made 1050whp through a 4L80e and a rear mount set up on 17ibs of boost.
